The T4G Skills Matrix is an easy to use web site that allows users to administer, capture, manage, report, and search on skill sets. It acts as a central repository for the skills that T4G currently has or may wish to acquire. As well, it is a guideline for employees to know what skills they will require to grow along their desired career path.
