Instructions for Presentations & Demos

Final details coming shortly. Here’s what we know.

• Presentations will be limited in time. The final time limit will be somewhere between 3 and 5 minutes.
• There will be a hard-stop at the end of your time limit. The mic will be turned off and the projector will go dim. We haven’t yet decided if you’ll be forcibly removed from stage.
• Electronic presentations can be in PowerPoint (ppt, pptx) format or a video in WMV. They will need to be provided in advance of the event and will be shown from one PC
• If you are performing a software demonstration with special requirements (running a VM, IIS, SQL Server, etc) please let us know.

We will post more information once we learn more about things like Internet access, etc.
